Statement: Hey MCM! I am reaching out as I am looking for a web developer that has a significant amount of experience in building websites from scratch that require all sorts of custom features/integrations. I need someone who doesn't need me to map out every tiny detail for them or provide you with every little detail at the start. I need someone who can be creative with me and extremely flexible as this project will adjust and change over time. This will be a long-term project. I am not looking for someone who wants to make something get paid and be gone, I am looking for someone that wants to get paid, and then keep getting paid to continue the project.
Project Basics: I will be making a new style of Discord Server listing site. Some features I won't be able to discuss until an NDA is signed as there are features that will sky-rocket this project. The project will have the following features on the site:
Website:
-Discord Server/Bot/Profile Search Pages
-Profile Pages for Servers/Bots/Profiles
-Leveling Systems with badges
-Adsense tracking/page integrations
-Bot Submission systems, users have free options and paid options to speed up the process
-Dashboard for editing the bot
-Profile dashboards
-Ranking/Voting systems
-Advertising auctioning
-Bot statistic integrations/dashboards
-payment subscriptions, monthly and one-time payments
Bot: (Bot will be needed to connect a lot of stuff to our site)
-typical moderation commands
-user profiling integration/displays
Takeaways: As a web developer/team you should be able to understand what technologies/languages/databases will be needed for this sort of project. I do not have the technical knowledge to assist you in what you should/shouldn't use in relation to coding and technologies so you must come knowing you will be really on your own for everything outside of the creative input and design of features. You are going to need to design all the front-end features as well as all the technology in the background.
Company Overview: Everyone who decides to reach out to work on this project will understand that this project will have Independent Contractor Contracts coming with it that will include NDA material as well. This project already has an LLC setup with it and is ready to get going on the legal end, I just need someone to help me make this come to life. The project will be listed under the domain Devsy.gg with additional domains including a:[ devsy.org | devsy.net | devsy.help | devsy.store |devsy.pro | devsy.vote | devsy.host ]
Payment: So this section is last so you choose to read everything above(although 90% of you will just scroll to this section.) With this being a large project and having an opportunity to be with the project for a long time it makes payment a little more complicated. Currently, I am able to offer a fixed payment or one that revolves around gross income with a reduced fixed payment. No percentage can be handed out for company ownership, only gross revenue percentages can be given off a 1-year contract. I am currently open to hearing from you all about how much you would be looking for to make a project and what you would like to receive as compensation. Currently, I am open to all offers and am going to see who comes with the most competitive offer and I feel they will bring the most to the table from an overall skill and professional level. My budget is not displayed, but I have the ability to support this sort of project financially. If you are trying to just figure out what the budget is then you aren't an honest worker, and rather someone looking to squeeze out money from people, and that won't work at Devsy.
