Need developer who can configure as well

Hello. I am currently looking for a developer who can make small and big plugins such as mini games, that I will be in contact with for a long time as a solid developer when im in need of new projects for my server.

requirements:
-know denizen or scripting for customizing plugins like citizens, mythic mobs, and quests.
-know how to configure and will do most of the work with setting things up in game and in config when new plugins arrive or mini games, due to owners limited schedule with not being able to do that or knowledge about things like configs.

As of right now I need a developer to help me with the three plugins customizing citizens and quests together to make invisible npcs with guis. The other thing is adding 3d models (damage variants with tools) as mythic mobs. Then setting up basic quests like players delivering items to npcs and the typical quests for RPG servers when interacting with npcs. Please send me a message with prices and I can let you know what plugins I need still which includes mini games. My budget varies on how much you are willing to help as I've been struggling just to find a good developer that can actually help me get my server up and running instead of playing games with me and telling me they can do something when they can't. Its been a few weeks and I need to find a reliable dev who knows what they are doing. Hopefully I hear from someone soon, message me if you think you are interested.
