I am in need of a developer. I need you to make an, "intro" to the server. Through this whole process, they should not be able to see another player or chat. Basically, when a player spawns in, they must accept a custom resource pack which contains custom sounds. After they do this, they will need to walk into a portal which then teleports them into a room. A NPC will talk to them (a custom sound will play.) While here, they must not be able to move. After this, it will automatically teleport them to another place. Another NPC will talk them. When it is done, they will be able to move, see players, and talk in chat. They then will walk to the beginning of the spawn, and start their journey.
