There are some people who are willing to work for free as a developer. So saying that is just misleading and factually incorrect... (I know this from experience)

I mean nobody competent on MCM will work free because:
  • This is a new account.
  • Only has 12 messages.
  • The title is unprofessional.
  • "not paid yet" means it will never be a paid role.
  • You can get a commissioned job.
