Hello people, we are looking for some developers!

This position is paid, we will pay good rates and it will be based on how much work is done and how well it's done.

I run an expanding decently popular and experienced community and server network known as Pixel Mafia. This server network currently encompassing 2 dedicated machines with 128GB of RAM and dual i7's which we can use for creating just about any kind of scale server or resource intensive gamemode we like.

Being a developer working with our network will also get you the developer title and some operating perms based on your debug needs and some moderation tools as an added bonus. ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 15 YEARS OF AGE - NO EXCEPTIONS. I am sorry if you are a young ambicious developer but we need maturity. Having some form of portfollio of previous Java plugins, scripts, apps or projects is required - no exceptions; we need to see evidence of your abilities. When we hire you there will be measures in place to prevent either party (you and us) from 'scamming' each other. These measures will be in the form of a legally binding contract.

All payments will be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer if absolutely necessary. PayPal is preferred because it has the least conversion fees in the case that you're overseas from us.

During your time working for us, we will put you to work on many projects, including GTA in Minecraft (Grand Craft Auto V - gcav.eu), biome island hardcore factions, sky island glider survival and more!

Once given a task, we must ask that you inform of any delays that may occur and how soon you think you can finish. The closer to the approximate deadline you finish, the better the pay. We will not delegate plugin creation tasks for aspects of Bukkit you are totally unfamiliar with; if you find yourself stuck we will happily give you a new task and assign it to someone else or put it on hold.

Is this an hourly paying thing? If so, what's the minimum hourly rate you give developers? How many hours/week minimum?

Well if it's a project then we'll pay around $60 but if it's just small plugins or small fixes could be like $5.
It's more about the number of fully-optimised lines of code.
