Hello! I have a server called FreezeMC. Were not minigames but we do factions, prisons, and skyblock, and kitpvp. I was wondering if someone could make us some custom plugins. So like where you click on an npc and it takes you to a place. I dont have money so it would be for free. Although you would get dev rank and I can offer you lots more! [Except money]

Use citizens for npcs and there's at least 2 commandnpc plugins on bukkit. I'm sure there's at least 1 on Spigot too.

No developer is going to work for free on here unless they're new and want experience/vouches.
