You're posting in the wrong forum if you're looking for devs. You also didn't give any information just that you want a dev team. Perhaps then you would get a couple of replies. You're also not offering any money so you'll get the lower end of the devs.

I'm going to be frank with you, I'm not trying to be rude here. There's a couple problems here. First your grammar and spelling aren't the best and that reflects on your maturity and your professionalism. I also have no idea what you said. I'm assuming you want to create a network of devs that work together for one project and split the profit among themselves. You're probably not going to find any devs, even if you do you'll probably not get a client acting this way. Secondly plugins aren't very expensive (the ones that aren't super complex) so the amount of work that everyone puts into the project, including making sure everything works together isn't worth the money you'll be earning. Good luck with your project anyway!
