To be eligible for staff

- Anyone could apply for staff but the age limit is between 13-20.
-Must spend at least 5 hours per week after server release.
-Must be mature.
-Staff experience is not required but we prefer you having it.

What We are Looking for
I am looking for a full staff team, I need some dev's that can help me configure the whole server, Firstly I need dev's that are willing to do the work for free, later once I get some money I will pay them.

First of all, I don't know if you realize this is a market.. People don't want to do work for free, even if you do offer money later down the line.

Also, survival won't get you enough players, let enough paying players to pay off your server, or your "devs", who are really just configurators.
