Need discord staff | Who can server boost ONLY

I own a 540 active & growing discord community server
In need of admins, moderators, and staff
There is just 3 requirements, Be able to server boost 2 or more times, be active, and 13+
Server has 540 members & Growing 100+ daily so only dm me if u can follow those requirements

I'm sorry but what is this thread?

You're expecting Staff to come into your discord server, that they've never been in before, and essentially spend money on it so that you benefit from the nitro rewards?

Also, you're asking your Staff to be 13+ years old; doesn't this show something about yourself? If I was hiring Staff for a discord server that had "670" members in I would want mature, experienced and responsible Staff members and from my experience most 13 year olds are just playing for fun because they're still kids and they don't need to be taking on Staff responsibilities yet.

Completely agree with Togls . You should be the one paying your staff members not the other way around.
