Need either premade/custom Cosmetics plugin.

I need a cosmetics plugin for all the players on my server, easy access with GUi to see with what you have, need staff give commands, SQL database storage, need these to come as a peice of paper so if you already have it you can't reclaim again you can resell, need it to be easy to config the tags and what is on them, animal disguise plugin *ALL VERSION 1.18+*

Disguises: Players can /d (pig,cow,horse,etc.) players can not hit others while disguised, players cannot elytra fly while disguised, it takes players 3sec standing still to transform into their disguise, players cannot place blocks while disguised, combat cancels disguise, also to un disguise players need to /ud and /undisguise.

Tags: custom tags that are easy config, easy take away/ give from staff, I want a tags crate key on my server so make that applicable in the plugin, need to be able to switch tags and see which tags you own in the gui very simply. more...

Particles: i played a server a while back an you were only badass if you had ender particles, snow particles, smoke particles, or some badass particles floating behind you when you walked, should be really easy all vanilla particle affects, same gui as above I need it applicable to crates, etc. HMU if interested:
