Need either Sony Vegas RSMB mod for MC or HeadTwitch/Spin mod

The motion blur mod would consist of pressing the key "r" to turn it on. Basically adds the motion blue from Sony vegas into Minecraft

HeadTwitch mod would basically be a mod where when you press let's just say g or x

It would make your head look all the way up or all the way to the side without turning the rest of your body. This would not effect your aim or your screen only what you look like in f5 and to other players.

Forge compatible would be hot

And 1.7.10 would be nice
