Need Elitekits Event + KitPVP plugin ASAP

I'm sure you've all heard of the Kitpvp server "Elitekits". I'll go ahead and say that my budget is around 50-70 dollars.

I'm not going to explain of how the kits work because I'm sure who ever will make this will have a chance to explore elite kits before they code anything.. With that on the side I need a command which only donators can have, /Event will open a GUI with listed events they can start, Sumo, and so on.
