NEED Experienced Developer!

Need a 2nd Developer that is experienced to finish off this project, and is willing to be paid per project afterwards, I will not be doing per hour. I don't like that functioning and never have must have the following Experience / Requirements:

• Java / Kotlin
• 1.20+ and NMS knowledge
• 2+ Years of experience
• MySQL, Redis etc
• A GitHub / GitLab Portfolio or just show me previous projects you worked on, also can tell me servers too! (Not compulsory to work for a server, Just gives me some insight of what to expect!)
• Will be paid per project and must have the skills to either work solo or work with another developer if needed.
• Must be flutent in English and be able to communicate on a consistent basis please no going Ghost out of nowhere.
