Need experienced Developers

Hi,

I'm looking for experienced developers, for my KitPVP server. You must have played on KitPVP/SoupPvP servers in the past, and be familiar with kits, abilities, events, etc.

You will be paid monthly, with our builders and GFX artists. THIS IS NOT A PAY-PER-PLUGIN DEAL. YOU WILL BE DEVELOPING SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLUGINS FOR US.

Maybe a plugin a week, which isn't bad at all IMO. Some days might be rushed.

The money depends on donations, and how successful the server is, which should give the developers an incentive. Developers will receive 7.5% of donations monthly, plus extra just in case the server is down for some reason. I'm thinking if the server goes well, maybe $150 a month.

It sounded interesting, but the percentage pay, is not really it for me.

That's why you get the extra per month, to make up for if the server isn't doing well (I can vary how much extra I give you depending on the amount you make that month.) I'm looking for someone who's in it for the server, not for the quick buck.

Almost all developers want a fixed pay instead of a percentile pay. EX: $500 every month
If the developer was in it for the server, they would make their own and gain 100% of the profits.
