Need faction server setup PAYING $$$

Okay, so I need someone to help me setup my factions server. I promised my servers discord we would be ready for beta on january 19th. My old host just ranout and we didnt back up files so we lost all our plugins. My two devs have finals this week for some reason so they cant help me. I need someone with a good backround of setting up factions server to help me. Basically I want coinflips, airdrops, a FEW custom enchants, warzones setup, epic world generator to create the end overworld and nether, featherboard, tab menu, pex, kits, first join, and trenching. There might be a bit more but those are what i need and need them configured. People have told me this is a 2 hour - 6 hour project so it shouldnt take to long. However for airdrops i need crackshot guns configured into them as well.
