Need flatland area for new Spawn!

We need a 1050x1050 flat area that is surrounded by a partially decorated also nicely merged border that extends into the vanilla biomes/world beyond. This isn't a build, this is a platform for a 1000x1000 faction spawn (includes warzone) so that we can easily place it into a nice flat area that doesn't look cut off on the edges/border. We'd like multiple world downloads of this, the only work required is the platform/merging of the area in border zone so that our spawn looks more in-place. Need it done in 2-3 days, again, would like multiple world files/downloads of this demeanor. Thanks
