Hello MCM, so i am currently working on a website that contains purchases, and i need someone to help me create some terms of services because i am not the best at writing them. i want the TOS to be against chargebacks and stuff related to that, if what i said is not enough info please PM me and i will tell you everything in details!

Terms of services do protect against chargebacks. But I can see your point mentioning a lawyer as it would be trivial for Minecraft especially a small network which won't be able to afford their fees. Respectless I'd suggest searching around on the web for good legal advice such as terms of services.
