Need Great Plugin Developers for a Server im starting (Possible pay!)

Hey guys!, i'm trying to start a My Hero Academia Related Minecraft server. We plan on putting lots of work into this, the idea is to have an RPG experience.

We intend to have lots of locations from the show but also some of our own spin off ideas for locations. there will be certain locations specific to villains and hero's and areas requiring certain levels as-well as a few raid type locations.

We would like to implement a loot based RNG system with different tiers of loot, the loot will consist of cosmetics, weapons and support tools.

there will be a very in-depth leveling system to help you improve you character in anyway you see fit, but with that being said i'm not exactly sure if we will have the leveling system help to improve your quirk. I'm headed towards training and combat experience to improve your quirk. with that being said if you quirk has limitations that cannot be improved through training support items will come into help you.

I might implement the idea of having to attend classes depending on whether on your role the base rolls of the game will be Hero, Civilian and Villian but the roles amongst them will be more fleshed out with tiers ex: S+ Tier Hero, B+ Tier Villian etc

Finally as per quirks i'm not exactly sure how I would like to go about it. we could have a you just obtain quirks from the show but i feel like that would limit the experience and eventually get boring and dried out so maybe well do a system where you can build your own quirk based off of the quirk factors (Emitter, Transformation and Mutant) with the possibly of gaining some show quirk abilities from different tier raids.
