Need hand drawn server art!

Hello I am requesting a few pieces of art for a low price. These include a logo, an icon and a background. My budget is up to $13 USD for each piece of artwork. Here is a description of what I need the my logo to be. I would like it to say Great Warfare to start and for there to be an upside-down sword for the T. I would like a bi-plane shooting down another in the sky and then a warship somewhere in the water being shot by a U-boat. And finally a steampunk airship in the sky. I know that looks very over whelming but I have got a sketch of how I would like it to look. Thanks!
