Need HCF Developers for a Full Server/Core (Willing to Pay)

Hi, I am 6tps. I am looking for FULLTIME Developers that can code a full on Core for HCF. I will go into tons of detail through via skype in a call if you're hired. I am willing to negotiate a good price we both think is good for the development of the plugin(s). I should have all or most of the money by this month and other months since I will be starting a new Job very very soon. We can always make a deal with the payments.

Requirements:
1. I need You to be very familiar and have experience with:
-Java
-The Spigot/Bukkit API

2. You will need to:
-Must be very active.
-Show some of your past work.
-Must speak English.
-Dedicate your time to the server.
-Must have Skype and TeamSpeak.
-Must have a working and good quality microphone.

3. You will be paid:
- I will later discuss this through via Skype.
