I could easily make this but it is somewhat time consuming.

Trust me on this dude, if you 'can make it yourself', then that will be faster than convincing people like us who have actual experience in this field to take on a job like this for a pittance. Either you get work done on a level of quality you could easily have done yourself or worse, or you pay the prices of the people with actual expertise, which are often reasonable and perfectly negotiable.

the argument "I could easily make this myself therefore it is worth very little" is flawed by the very question of "why aren't you making it yourself?". If your only reason is that it consumes your time, you are basically telling other people that their time is worth less than yours, which is not likely to get you many positive reactions.

If you REALLY don't want to make it yourself would highly suggest looking around to see if there are non-exclusive HCF maps that fit your requirements. Since they are sold to multiple people, you don't pay for their full worth, and you won't need to wait for the map to be completed either.
