1. Very hard to find decent youtubers on mcm as most people try to scam.
2. YouTubers don't really bring that many players unless its a youtuber with 10,000+ subscribers which would cost loads.

For success you need tp strive for it. Nowadays is money the essential currency to get "famous".

Youtubers don't help if I am honest I have tried it and been there, they bring players and the players online come online when the Youtuber is online.
