Need Help ASAP [Bungee forced host icons] {PAYING}

Hello so I run a bungee cord server and i need each server to have an icon that is set for each server instead of just what ever icon the proxy is. I am willing to pay as i need this ASAP. PAYING HIGH!! This plugin must work with a proxy on bungee 1.11 that is connecting to 1.8, 1.10 and 1.11 servers

I only have 2, i created 2 yesterday but then closed them as i found a plugin. But since bungee 1.11 came out today it stopped working and i need a new plugin. So i had to re open. IDK how to delete posts. Anyway i need help
