I'm using i3-7100 with MSI GTX 1050Ti GAMING X 4GB with 4GB DDR4 Ram.
Ofc my advice is to buy good mother board and good power supply to be everything ok.
I'm playing League of Legends, CS:GO, Minecraft without any problems but ofc not on hight setting becouse my RAM is little, here is my second advice buy 8GB DDR4 or 16GB DDR3. I'm using a motherboard with 2 slots for ram (32gb max) from 2133MHz to 2400MHz with 600W power supply and I'll buy a new power supply becouse I think this is not enought.
But if you buy i3-7100 with this video card ofc buy 8gb ddr4 or 16 ddr3 you will be able to play almost any game in hight or ultra setting. If you have extra $100 you can buy i5-7400.
My PC cost about $600 in Bulgarian leva is about 1200 leva I didn't have enought money to buy more ram and i5 but i'm happy with this. The first thing that ill upgrade will be ram. from 4ddr4 to 8ddr4
