Need Help Dealing With Uber Fraud

So my Uber account was comprised and I was fraudulently billed $110 for fodd (idk some service called UberEATS). So I contacted PayPal and immediately had my debit card cancelled and cancelled my Uber account. I was able to get in contact with PayPal and they said they'd sort shit out, however they advised me to contact Uber. So I'm surfing the web and I can't find a way to reach an actual human at Uber. Anyone know a Phone # or email? Thanks.

Quick google search found this: Actually Uber does have a phone number and it's: (415) 801-4068. However dialing that number will just lead you to an answering machine with a really long message about what Uber does and how you can get the app.
