Need help flooding my map

I could do this for $4. Since I own a host, RAM isnt an issue for me. I could allocate over 50GB to a server if I needed to while it was worldedited in.

Create server – 1m
Download world edit and upload it to the server- 30s
Download the map - 1m
Extract & Upload the map to the server - 4-5m
Start the server - 30s
World edit the area, (will have to fly from size to side, setting the cords, and wait for a 800x800 area to fill) – 5m
Stop server and download the map – 1m
Compress and upload the map to somewhere it can be downloaded from – 5m

Totals to around 20 mins. However, that would be cutting it a bit fine, half an hour is more a reasonable time estimate to give a bit of space incase anything takes longer unexpectedly, or there are any issue. So, I have to disagree with half an hour being “crazy".
