Need help from the MCM community.

Hello, Today i need help and advice from you, the people from MC-Market.
So, a few months back LinuxOS / DedicatedRAM (Former scammer on here) came to me about creating his server Future-MC. So i decided to help him with configurations and spent countless hours creating stuff, buying stuff for him. Got him an logo. Everything was great i was given my reward (Admin on the server). Then came the DDoS, threats, etc to get me to leave the server by xpgenie101 (OP on EliteKits, Co-Owner on Future-MC) and LinuxOS. I was DDoSed every day. So i left the server and as i never had access to FTP i couldn't remove the 90% that i made of the server which i never got paid for only got Admin. Is there anyway i could force him to remove my plugins etc? I wanna add that this server is one of the most scummy servers. It DDoSes everyone who chargebacks, It bots every server it sees, they hacked my server multiple times since i used stuff i made for them.

Don't have 10 dollars at my disposal. As i spent it all on my server.

You could talk to the artist that made your logo about claiming copyright on their work (server site etc would use it?), since you paid and brought it and they're unrightfully using it?? It's a long shot, worth the try I guess

Yea, the owner of Future-MC and his Co-Owners both are the most scammy and shady server owners you could meet. Really hope their server gets shutdown as all it does is bring them in money for my work.
