so i bought a pre paid visa giftcard its pretty much a credit card but i have no fucking idea how to buy stuff because i am 14 and when i link to a Paypal i just get limited. I have no idea if there is any way i can pay people on here for accounts and stuff with a visa pre paid giftcard please help
