[NEED HELP] I need help finishing my server setup

I was in the middle of having my server upgraded from 1.12 to 1.18, and most of the work is done, but I need someone to help me finish the rest. I had a Dev helping me but he kinda just disappeared and I need this done before the end of March..

OP Prison, I have a "Prison" Server which is the 1.18 version and a "Dev" server which has the old setup on it. Just general stuff, like finishing crates, setting up economy, Finishing the transfer of mines, and little stuff here and there. Most likely will be Configuration work, Im not exactly sure what's 100% done and what's not as he never really said what was done and what was left, I've been working on it in my free time but I don't have enough time to finish it myself..
