Need Help in Buying an account

Hi,

I am looking at buying an MC account of a user, What are the things I need when purchasing it off the user, So he cannot simply take the account back.

Can I change the email?
What can I do with the transaction ID?

Make sure you get Email access and able to change the Email and password, and the security questions (if there are any) as for the TID not many people give TID's anymore from what i've seen, just have to be careful, buying accounts are a risk.
