Need help making a PC

I bought the CPU for $110.
I bought the RAM for $85.
Motherboard was $80.
Case was $50.
Monitor was $170.
Keyboard was $120.
Mouse was $35.

Prices change. It is now cheaper new.

Heck, here is a computer that would put it to shame in all aspects. It is refurbished rather than used.
