Need Help On My /f Top plugin.

I bought this /f top plugin and its not showing the factions /f top value for some reason. this is the plugin i am using. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/...-top-factionsuuid-massivecraftfactions.20661/ , i am using factionsuuid spigot 1.7 - 1.8

im not sure what the errors are because my developer told me what the problem is and to describe it . when i do /f top no factions shown even though there are factions with wealth in their land. But when i use another /f top plugin it shows the factions. i wonder if theres some extra step i need to take to set up the f top

On the plugin page it says it needs to be on a server using PaperSpigot. Are you using that?

No, as it says Spigot doesn't have a Chuck thing (I wouldn't know cause I'm not a dev)[DOUBLEPOST=1481086708][/DOUBLEPOST]Dependencys:
