[Need help] PayPal G&S

I am a newcomer to this website, as you can see by my impressive 0 rep. I found a deal for an account that I really wanted, and I contacted that person. Then I added a middleman to a group chat.

I would pay said middleman the money, and when he says he has received the funds, I would get the account from the seller, and then the seller would get the money from the middleman. Very straightforward deal, right?

Now here is the problem. I live in India, and for some reason PayPal does not support sending F&F payments here. The middleman was fine with it, so I sent him the money in G&S and waited for his confirmation so I could finally get the account.

He did confirm it.. but said the funds I sent to him were put on hold, as his PayPal was a ''new'' one. So he actually didn't receive the money, and he can't transfer it to the seller.

PayPal is not being helpful. As I see it, there are 2 options.

1) We wait for the money to not be on hold anymore, which could take up to 21 days.
2) The middleman refunds the money, because of international transaction, it could take up to 7 days.

Both these options require waiting, and I am fine with it, but I don't want to keep the seller on hold for this long, as he didn't sign up for this, and also frankly speaking I don't think he is going to wait that long, nobody would.

What can I do in this situation? Someone with experience, please advise.

mark the transaction as a virtual good and have the mm mark it as received so max it takes is 1 day after confirmation

Sorry, does the ''seller'' (the middleman) have to mark it as a virtual good? I can't see an option to do so. Thank you.

if you sent via g&s try to add tracking and then mark it as a virtual good

ask the middleman to put a shipping track, then wait for a couple of days and check the paypal receipt it should show up a "Confirm" button[DOUBLEPOST=1597670132][/DOUBLEPOST]or instead of a shipping track.. ask him to make it a virtual product (You'll wait for 7 days)
