Need help! PayPal permanently limited!

My PayPal got permanently limited. Here are some screenshots:

I don't know why my account got permanently limited. The only thing I could think of is the following: So recently, someone contacted me on Discord and wanted to buy a Twitter account. We agreed on 7 USD f&f. But he started talking about that he couldn't pay me F&F and then he suddenly paid me 7,47 USD g&s, which wasn't the agreement. So I offered him a refund but didn't refund the whole payment, since I only refunded him the part that I received, which was 6,84 USD. He called me a scammer and opened a dispute for the other 0,63 USD. I eventually refunded him the other 0,63 USD, but I think he reported me to PayPal, or something.

Something else it could be is because of my age. Maybe they checked my age on my banking account or something. I have permission from my parents to have a PayPal account and they monitor it. With every purchase I make or when I receive money, I ask my parents for permission. So if my age was the case, I could maybe get it unlimited if I tell them about that my parents monitor my account.

Does anyone else have any idea what it could be?

You can see they wrote "after 180 days we will send you an email to withdraw your funds"
Just attach a bank that matches the country and you should be good.!

I don't understand why you think just because your parents monitor your account that you can have one while being below 18... Paypal doesn't have the age requirement just because they feel like it. They have to follow laws. As do you.

its not going to happen, whether your parents monitor it or not you are using it and you're under 18.

I understand. A lot of companies have age restrictions but you are allowed when you have parents permission. I thought it was the case with PayPal too.

Anyway, how can I appeal to this, because I am not even sure the reason is my age. I will ask them what the reason is and then I will look further.

One of the reasons will be your age. As stated by Callam, you're not old enough for paypal. Want it unlimited? Wait till your 18. PayPal isn't going to take it back, unless they seem extra nice.
