Need Help (Plugins)

Hey there,

I was watching some things on youtube and I saw 2 plugins which I really liked and thought it was really cool. The first plugin is a list plugin like Arcane, MineHQ, Ultra e.t.c

The second one is a KitMap book plugin like HydraPvP, ViperMC.
