Need Help Pricing Build

Hello! My name is Cili and I am a builder, I have built various buildings from Hubs to Skyblock spawns. I have just finished this HCF Spawn and I don't really have a price because I'm not the best thing with prices because I will fee it is the best ever and make it $100.

What the build has

• Shop
• 6 Chests for money whores
• Cow Spawner
• Plenty of detail for the people that complain on MCM

With this build, I was maybe thinking that the BIN could be $35 and the SP could be $10.
Please give me your honest opinion on this build and feel free to contact me if you would like a build! My prices can be somewhat low varying on what you want.

I would say 25-30 ish GLWS

I was also thinking the BIN could be $30 but Run said 40 - 70 so It changed my aspect on the price to maybe $35
