Need Help Setting Up a 24/7 Livestream

I hope everyone's having a great day! I've been bitten by the creative bug and have a really cool project in mind. I want to set up my very own 24/7 livestream, but I have a couple of specific requirements that I'd love some guidance on.

1. Gif Background: One of the key elements I want to include is a captivating and dynamic Gif background. I want to ensure that the visual aspect of the stream keeps viewers engaged and adds to the overall experience. Could anyone recommend some tools, software, or platforms that allow for seamless integration of Gif backgrounds into a livestream?
2. Music Folder for .mp3 Files: Music is going to be a central part of my livestream, and I'd like to organize it efficiently. Is there a way to set up a dedicated music folder where I can store all my .mp3 files? Ideally, I'd like to be able to queue and play specific tracks at different times during the livestream. Any advice on the best approach to achieving this?

I've seen some amazing livestreams out there, and I'm excited to embark on this creative journey. I'm relatively new to the world of livestreaming, so any tips, tricks, or recommendations you can provide would be incredibly helpful.

I use a program called Plane9 in my streams, it's a scene based music visualizer but could also be used for backgrounds, not sure if you could use that for your ideas but worth checking out.
