I need to make it where my number ip to my teamspeak re directs to a domain i bought if anyone can help me ID BE GREATLY APPRECIATIVE

You need to setup a SRV record:

Just google "srv record for teamspeak" there are a few sites that can help.

What domain registrar are you using? Is a little different for each.
