Need help setting up hub server

Hi, I am building a network, but I know nothing about BungeeCord/other requirements for a server hub. I have 2 servers, and a build for a hub, but if someone could tie it all together with a hub I would really appreciate that. I do not need anything configured except portals (I know how to configure the rest of it).

I have $1-$5 to spend and will pay first if you want (due to my low ratings).
