Need help setting up Network Manager ($)

So network manager is a very annoying setup if you haven't done it before (we learned that the hard way), so i am requesting someone that would be comfortable setting up the MySQL database on our webhost [will be provided] and pterodactyl panel [will be provided with access key] .
