Need help to chargeback on an F&F payment

JorgeOW scammed my ass and I paid in F&F, can anybody help me chargeback on him ?

Well, if you can someone make paypal believe you were hacked you can get the money back. Otherwise yes.

Alright so this is completely false. Recently I paid someones developer a loan so he could buy a dedi. All I did was give valid proof and that I received merchandise that wasn't as described. I literally thought I was losing it cause the other guy went and argued, I just waited until paypal responded and they took my side. No I didn't tell paypal it was a loan, don't do that lul.

In my personal experience, that doesn't work. Often, you don't even get an option other than "unauthorized transaction", so good luck convincing them of that when you paid from your home computer.

I’ve told PayPal it was a loan it’s always been fine. For f&f call PayPal and tell then you bought some product and you didn’t receive it and they told to pay in f&f and you didn’t know you can’t charge back and wonder if there is anyway of getting your money back since I didn’t receive my product

Call PayPal and explain the situation to them. More than likely they'll resolve the case in your favor.
