They spawn under the map and fall into void.

2. I use essentials shop, and when someone goes to buy something from a sign it does not work.
Yes they have the perms for it and everything. ( 1.8 essentials ). Its weird, sometimes it works for some people, and when like a new person tries it, it does not work. Same rank, same perms.
