You need to link your credit card and or bank account to your paypal to verify it. Where did you get this information from?

If someone sends you money via g&s after a certain amount of time it'll allow you to receive all g&s payments instantly.
Also I don't think anyone needs to worry as he's premium I don't think someone is gonna spend 10$ to scam for 1$...
