Need help, trying to get fortnite stretched res with AMD radeon.

So i've looked up tutorials on youtube and none of them work or i don't understand them, or its just a ton of work to do. Ive tried making custom res but it says it doesnt match pc or something can someone tell me how to get stretched res with amd radeon for fortnite please?

FisherGee how so theres no benefit to it anymore.

easier to hit shots, normal res seems slow
