Need help upgrading

So I want to upgrade my pc so I can have more fps on csgo
here's my spec

geforce gt720
ram 4gb
intel core i5

I dont have that much budget so, Which part I should upgrade first so I can have more fps on a game?

I suggest a GTX 1060, I get around 100+ fps on CS:GO. Most games don't need a crazy CPU, I can run many Triple A games with a CPU that is almost 9 years old.

What is your budget? Also check out pcpartpicker.com and look for budget gaming builds. Get an idea of what you should be looking for. Maybe a gtx 1050 would be more suited to you budget, not as much power as a 1060, but do your research and you can find something that works.
