Need help, urgentish!

So I recently asked someone here on mcmarket about the point of premade server files if you cannot use them in your own server! However the person who I messaged said that you can use filezilla to upload files to the server, premade files. So I was wondering, if lets say I had a premade opprison server, how would I go about uploading that to my server hoster using filezilla and using those pluginsand worlds and everything in my server? THANKS!

You upload the files through FileZilla, the same way you do when running your server through your pc.

also, you might need to restart your server after you upload the server (some people forget to do this and start to panic so just putting it in here

As said before, you can go to a host, you pay the hosting and they send you information to connect in FTP on the server.

To connect to the server throught FTP you can use Filezilla, and then you should find all the directories and files that you have locally on your computer. The contents of the plugins folder of your pack must be put in the plugins directory on the FTP.

If you are using a start.bat file it is not necessary to upload because most server hosts are on Linux and use their own launch file.
