I would suggest downloading Windows 7, then doing an in-place upgrade which will keep your files but reinstall parts Windows itself. It won't take long (maybe up to an hour).

Going to format my HDD, nothing works now (drivers won't even install/update/uninstall/rollback) except chrome so rip. Backing up all my stuff, so if anyone has any solutions within the next hour or so while I'm backup up my documents please help out a yeti
