Need help with a thread design

I have a thread design I wanna use but I can't seem to figure out how to proportion it. Like, I can't make it the size everyone else uses, just a smaller version of it. Essentially I wanna know how to make a thread design fill the entire space but I don't know how I can do that.

Just make it as big as you want, it'll automatically re-size on MC-Market for everyone depending on their device/browser etc.
