Need Help with a Vanish Glitch

Hello People,
On my server i've given my staff the ability to do ./v which makes them turn invisible to any none staff. This makes it possible for my staff to find hackers without being caught. We have found a glitch though where sometimes randomly it will put my staff into ./v without them using the command. Staff who want to play and pvp are getting called out for pvping in ./v and the players cant touch the staff. Any help regarding this issue would be gladly accepted.
