Need Help With Bungee

When people try to join Kylew's server with forge, his bungee is rejecting them. This is the message it gives- http://prntscr.com/d2pmq8 Anybody know how to fix this? I put in SpongePLS and that didn't fix it either.

Yup, I used the most recent one because that's what via-version said to do. Either way, it's fine, decided just to take it down rather than to deal with the hastle.
